It still says on www.brayder.com :
JackFlash OS 5 support is available now in beta. JackSprat OS 5 support is coming.
Do you have any idea if it will be released for OS 5 or not ?
I would like to get rid of old versions of ClieViewer, FlashViewer and drivers which are updated.
This seems more important to me than a CF BT driver as I already own the MS BT :)

Not until Brayder tells us if it will be released. I am sure that when it is released, there will be news about it on the major PalmOS PDA sites, quicker than imagineable.

From what I have read in other threads, though they will be releasing an OS5 version, it won't work on Clies due to some issue with accessing the flash ROM.

Yes. Last contact I had with them, they were stuck on the OS5 Clié because the "down button" reset doesn't work anymore to put the device in debug mode... :(
If anyone finds a way to activate the Small ROM debugger, please let us know here or contact directly Brayder, so that we can have JackSprat on our OS5 Clie devices! ;)

I hold the hope that some industrious individuals will come through for us like Eruware did.

This is the reply that I received from Brayder Support:
JackSprat will be updated to support some
OS5 devices. However, we cannot support
Sony OS5 devices--Sony has made that
impossible.
