Bogus Updates or what?

I got excited when "my palmgear page" showed three updates from Hands High Software today! Slap, ToDoPlus, and Thoughtmanager. After further inspection, I saw that the release numbers for Slap and ToDoPlus were the same as what I had, yet either Hands High or PalmGear are promoting them as new updates. :( Is this false advertising, did I miss something, or what?

I saw the Todo Plus one, and thought the number look familier. I checked my version and it's the same. The update only says bug fixes. I switching to Agendus for Todo's anyway.

palmgear is famous for recycling updates for software... silverscreen gets updated daily it seems heh.

C'mon guys. Look at "DateBook onClock" which has been "updated" everyday on Handango since it was released.
I got some email from ToDo+ talking about the "update" but I don't use it anymore- just DateBk5.
