Hi,
Can someone please help me? I own an NR70V and have Palm 4.0.1 installed on my computer. I just bought an SJ20 for my mother, and I would like to install the Chinese OS on it. However, I can't get the SJ to hotsync. I took it out of the box, connected it to the computer via USB, created a new username for my mom, and tried to synch. The SJ didn't do it. I know I'm missing a huge step somewhere. Can someone help me? I heard that I need Desktop 4.1 to hotsynch 2, but I use an NR70V and can't seem to DL the update.
