quick!!!! how to do a hard reset?

can someone please quickly tell me how to do a hard reset?

While holding the power button, push the reset pin into the back. Hold until the palm logo comes up. Then let go. It will ask you to erase all data. Press up to erase.

Well, still have to kinda answer the question here eh.... err...
all you do is put the soft-reset pin into the back of your CLIE & while holding it still inserted, then push & hold the power button, let go of your soft-reset pin, then release the power button after like 3 seconds, the screen will appear "push up key to erase all data". :p
