that's the program bundled together with the NX70V to convert videos and pictures to formats compatible with the CLIE.

If you go to irc.autobotnation.com and then do /join #clie you can download it from somebody, maybe.

But, if you don't have an OS5 Clie, the app doesn't really do much good. ;)
