I guess alot of the "newbie flames" could be avoided if the tutorial section was used.
Suggestion: build a tutorial section by editing some of the most popular threads, rather than just pinning certain messages. Topics like "loading eruware driver" or "known memory sticks" or "step by step with a new NX". It is already being done in a quasi-informal way on the threads.
As a new user it would be much more useful to me... searching is not easy as there are plenty of off topic even in the most useful threads.
