Help with the Clie's "Sonic Stage"

When I go to record a new song on the Clie from Sonic I get this message : "Unablet o record track(s) the recording destination is full". I get this before I even put the MS in the unit. Any suggestions? I have tried to remove tracks from sonic but still get this message!

The other night I believe she said she had the White Magic Gate 128MB memory stick.

I don't use Sonic Stage though.

Yes, I am using the white MS, it worked fine last night - this happens BEFORE I even try to record, I get that message and I cannot even record a CD to the hard drive! ????????
