Eulogy for Dead Threads, Which Was Your Favorite?

Since we can't really have the funeral, at least we can remember. I think one of my favorites was the one were people began to speculate about the next Clie model to come after the NR. I remember someone saying that one of the next generation Clies would have a 2mp camera, and then everyone saying he was an idiot and that it was impossible to do that......we were so innocent then.

Oh yeah, I also liked the thread where people sent in pics of themselves. Cool to see pictures of the frequent users, even if it was just a ploy to get a pic of caligurl.

I liked the members' pics thread and what kinda car do you drive. I will mostly miss all of the really old threads, from the days when the first T series unit came out. (16 meg??? No joke!!!)

The thread about the teasers from vivid being fake or not was a quite a good thread.

I have to admit I was partial to the photo thread. I has just about decided to post my picture to it when everything died. Yeah...yeah... that's the ticket. Oh well, that's my story and I'm sticking by it. ;-)

My favorites were always the BestBuy upgrade and the Best Case for the NR. Oh, wait, I guess those are undead threads now.

I miss reading the locked threads and trying to figure out what got them locked. Kind of fun.

I have to admit, on that day I read many of the ancient Popivker wars, it was a lot of fun, most threads were closed and still smoking, may be they burned a hole in the site.
