Address book pictures recover after hardreset

The title says it pretty much:
I would use the pic features if there was a way to recover the pics after a hard reset. I just recover my MSBackup but the pictures don't show up,.Am I doing smthg wrong? Or is there a AdXXX.pdb file I have lost??:confused:

I've encountered this, and I can't figure it out either . . . really crummy! I suppose, somehow, the association gets blown . . .

The file is 'ImageViewerAddressLink.PDB'. Perhaps MSBackup doesn't touch this file?
