seperating NX from NR SilkSkin 'Virtual Grafitti' downloads

My thought is this. Since NX and NR SilkSkins are incompatible, it would be very nice if they were in different download areas. i.e. something like 'SilkSkin for NR' and 'SilkSkin for NX'.

As an NX owner, I learned about the incompatibility after a day or so of not being to change a Virtual Grafitti b/c it the only alternitives I had were NR specific.

Is there anyway to reset the original silk screen for the NX after the installation of a NR screen

Unfortunately, not that I've been able to tell. I too installed one early on and now it's permanently there. I've considered hard resetting and then rebuilding everything (but the nr skin) but I haven't been able to bring myself to do it.

I checked with the sony people and I got it off. First, remove the nr silk screen from the archive/backup folder. Then hard reset your clie. after you resynch, it will reload your clie with out the nr silk screen but with all your other data. It worked for me.
