I recently tried to convert a couple of ripped DVD movies to the Clie (using standard quality) and Image Converter made the first file for each about 130MB, so it's just too large to fit on the memory stick. How do I adjust the size so it'll fit on my 128MB cards?

I've had the same problem too many times. I believe that IC looks to see what the physical storage capacity available is and works from there although it will not exceed 129-130 mb. If you are having IC dump the movie straight to the memory card, i.e. memory stick in a card reader, straight to Clie MS, then it will not create a file larger than the available memory but it will prompt you for another card or memstick. If IC is dumping to a folder on your PC, then memory size doesn't matter and uses the largest file size written into IC code, i.e. 129-130 meg.
In order to get around the problem, use a card reader and have IC dump straight to the card.
