How to apply skinds in graffiti area?

i have my nx for motnhs but STILL havnet learned how to apply new skin in graffiti area and how to make em. can anymody tell me and some link? thanks!

I use Skin Manager (http://www.skinmgr.com). To download skins, there is a VG Skin Section (http://www.cliesource.com/sdownload/index.php?catid=18) here on CS.
