Netfront connection to corp.LAN proxy-need help!

Does anyone have any experience using Netfront to connect to a corporate LAN proxy server to browse the internet through cradle-PC connection? Note that the PC is connected to the internet using a static TCP address with subnet mask and gateway. Problem is I cannot connect to the proxy though i have configured my clie to do so. I noticed on the log that i can set my clie TCP address, but not the gateway. any pointers?

the gateway you list in Prefs/Network is the network gateway. Your internet proxy gets added to the Netfront preferences, on the 3rd page i think.

In Netfront Settings you can set the proxy address, and in preferences/network i found you can set connection type (i.e. SLIP), DNS, and IP address. I still haven't found where i can enter a gateway address.
