Anyone think Sony will ever do this?????

I would love an NR without the keyboard...it would be perfect! I don't think I could go back to regular hires after hires+!

Right now, I consider the keyboard part to be an expensive screen protector. ;)

The NX60 is a 320x480 device without a camera

you know that was the same thing I was thinking of when I read the forum's header? :)
well, I think sooner or later, Sony will release a T-form factor 320x420 Hires+ CLIE, & until that unit is out, I think I'll stick with my current NX70. Basically overall, many users prefer to have the T-form factor CLIE. It's so compact in its' thin size.

I love my NR70...but I don't think it'll last forever! ;)

Why are they holding out on the killer 320x480/VG tablet? Even if the market is split, and there are lots of people who want a thumb keyboard (unlike many of us here), the no-keyboard market must be big enough to make a 320x480/VG tablet profitable?

I used to want the HiRes+ without the keyboard, but I actually use it a great deal more then I thought I would!

I love my NX and will never go back:D

While I would also love this, I think that it's quite possible that Sony just can't fit everything into the T form factor yet. I really like the the new little Clie that has been shown off. We'll see over the next few months what Sony has up its sleeve in order to stay ahead of Palm.

Yep, Sony always pull stunts like this, let's see what they bring up before christmas

It want it with a phone...I constantly need/use both and I'm sick of having to carry both Clie and cell phone around.

...and no lo-res crap either. I like the idea of the tungsten w, but then I would have to carry around the earpiece, which would eventually get lost or broken.

I like the samsung concept, but they have a severe case of tunnel vision and think that the only people who would want this use sprint pcs. I'm never going back to sprint. been there, done that. I try to learn from my mistakes and not repeat them.

Handspring is just too stupid to put hi-res into a phone, so they're also out of the picture.

When will it happen, Sony? You make great phones...just please include in your Clies.

Yeah I know marketshare-wise that Palm leads Sony, but for the last couple of years Sony has led the way with innovations (IMO). So I was just wonderring when "the next big change" will come.

(And I fixed the title for you . . . )

I would like to see a phone added without changing the shape of the pda to resemble a phone. Leave the shape alone and just add phone features.

What I am looking for is a clie with 320x480, twist screen, and keyboard. I dont see a need for a camera built-in. I would rather have built in GPS. It looks like the soon to come NX73 will be as close as I can get to this, or am I missing something?

I believe the Garmin iQue 3600 is 320x480 without a camera or keyboard, but includes GPS.
