Hi,

I bought a MemoryStick and getting stuff onto it via Palm HotSync is a pain. Since I have a laptop, I looked into PC-card adapters for MemoryStick over the weekend. I surf over to Sony and look them up. WTF? USD70 for an adapter? And there are 2 models, MSAC-PC2 and PC3. Can anyone comment on the difference since Sony sure doesn't explain it. Better yet, is there an alternate PC-card adapter? I'd prefer a PC-card adapter since I find them faster than a USB reader.

Oh no, don't waste you money. You don't have to get stuff on you ms using hot-sync. There is an application on your desktop-setup-cd which came with your clie which is called ms-export. If you installed it you can launche ms-import on the clie (application-group utilities) and you can access your ms as a new drive on your desktop pc throug the usb-cradle of your clie. This means the memory-stick-reader is build in in your clie!
