I noticed this deal online today. I happened to be visiting their retail store (Fry's Electronics). So I showed the manager their online price of $349.99:

He said that was an online price only, but he was willing to split the difference. So I got it for $375. Not bad for sealed box from retail store!

Hope some of you get to take advantage of that great online price. The site claims "in-stock". These puppies are selling fast now that the new models are coming. Good time to find a deal.

You can actually pricematch this to Staples, add a coupon and get it for $284!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW! I am gonna get a couple tomorrow for some friends!

Staples stopped pricematching with internet sites. Also if you pricematch you use the coupon before and not after the pricematch. Let me know if they bend on that rule.

They bend it DAILY, they still PM internet sites for phone and web orders!!! I also use a coupon AFTER PMing about twice a week...
It sometimes take a couple calls to get the right CSR.

wow...looks like ill be reselling the nx70v i just got off of ebay for 350 then..slightly refurbished..but hell if i can get a 350 one thats brand new with the warranty..why not!

I actually takled to a guy at compusa (where I bought it) and he'll let me exchange it for a new nx60, which I can in turn, return for a store credit, and then buy the NX70 at compusa for the reduce $399. Thing is, it'll cost me the service plan I bought ($100). What should I do?

I think it basically deals with the stores and area you are dealing with, I have tried in 5 different local area stores when they did the internet pricematching to use a $50 off coupon and they never let me get away with it ever, now the local stores will not do internet pricematch AT ALL. This is in Jersey. I think it was probably abused in this area, 2 managers told me people were creating websites and posting electronics at below cost prices that they had to match, thats why Staples stopped doing it. My opinion is they should do it on a site specific basis, I went to 6th Ave Electronics and they have a board showing the websites they will pricematch.

I believe that the coupon is applied in your basket when you check out...

It was posted only to show that there are NO $80 or even $50 off deals right now from Staples, unless Ash has a code from another source...

Ha! It worked. Picked up a NX70 today after returning my NX60.

I actually had some legit $50 off coupons. I ordered over the phone, then called back and did a price match. My store allowed me to pick it up as well (most do not). I do this ALL THE TIME. Today I got a couple 160gb Maxtor HDs with 8mb cache for under $70 each, no rebate, no hassle....
