Due to a limitation of loading process, recording is ended

I have been getting that error every time now within 10 seconds or recording. Never happened before.

I have enough space on my memory stick. the write protect is off, and i have it set on max recording time.

Anyone else have this problem and know how i can fix it?

Exact error is "Due to the temporary limitation of loading process, recording is ended."

make a backup of all files then hard reset and record a movie (no 3rd party apps for this test) if it does it with your clie being clean then maybe your stick has a problem.

if your stick has a problem then copy all files to you computer then format the stick with the clie and then make a movie.

I had the same problem, but it was after I reformatted the MS on the computer using quick format. The problem was solved once I did a full format. Try doing that.

I DID reformat the memory stick on my pc prior to this error. I guess that caused the problem. I can't remember if I did quick or full format but will redo it anyway. Thanks all. You are great! :)
