Splitting movie files

Anybody know of any software for splitting movie files into two, for email. I have a 8 meg quicktime home movie done with a nx70 and can't email large files.

With winrar, you can compress the file into several smaller chunks, the size of a floppy disk. Or if the person you want to send it to has AIM (aol instant messenger) you can send them a file (any size) using that.
