1) You're probably doing this, but make sure to tap the category list in the upper right of the launcher and select the "Card" category. Other 3rd party launchers let you re-categorize apps that are on the MS. The default launcher doesn't.
2) Apps on the MS are required to be in the palm/launcher directory to be recognized by the default launcher. If you've moved apps to other directories, you'll have to move them back. Launcher X is the only 3rd party launcher that lets you put card apps in any directory and still have them be recognized in the launcher (you need to specify those other directories in prefs).

The problem is the icons not the programs... let me clarify.
The Name of each app is displayed but the icon for some of them is missing!
Wierd!

Did you modify any of the icons using AppIcon, etc.?
What are the apps whose icons aren't being displayed?

Breakout, Bubble Trouble, Mahjong, PDACE, Pharoah, Rings, TakTik have no icons
but the other 15 game icons show up fine...
Oh and nope I havent modified any icons... Also no hacks in use

Well... I finally sussed a solution, but as yet no cause is known.
If anyone suffers from this simply copy the whole MS to hard disk(simply cut and paste at the top level will suffice), and copy all the files back with the same method.
cheers :)
