Do they have anything out there like this? A graphic app with layers and tools for the palm? With these mean clies out now im sure we have the processing power!

We sure have, but I don't think we will see any of those apps for OS5, since it would need a lot of memory, something that requires some mean tricks on PalmOS. But these tricks might or might not work on OS6 which is scheduled for the end of the year.
Summary: Not worth the effort for a market which will only exist maybe another year or so.

Not at all. Have you used an OS5 clie? Clie Memo is a sketching program for memos, but it ain't antialiased, and it's not integrated with any other programs except clie viewer. You were thinking of the memo pad PIM weren't you?

Oh yeah - I actually have it (Clie Memo) on my NR70V running OS 4.0 -- it's one of the programs that will work under 4.0 although it was designed for 5.0.

Anyway I concur - it's rubbish.
