Just wondering what programs you all use to resize any photos. I found some nice ones to use in zlauncher but they are not the right size as I need 320 x 320. Any free programs that might be right under my nose? I don't have any experience with this so any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I use IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/index.htm). It changes the colour depth as well (if you need to use that feature).

For more automatically sized ones go to www.battl.com. There is an FTP link as well as a skinning section.
