Kinoma Producer and 665? HELP

I can't get kinoma producer to work right for me when I convert a video file. It always convert it without audio. I've tried different way to convert them but everytime I go to play them on my T665 there is no audio. Is there something I'm doing wrong, can anyone help me with this?

What kind of file are you trying to convert?

Ok, my fault I didn't say what kind of file it was. I'm working with a flash file. I can't get the audio off of it. Is there a way to extract the audio off a flash file? By the way I'm using a Mac so I'm working with Quicktime and Kinoma producer.
