Anybody know if there is a manual for this Hack? I have been trying to evaluate it but there is no manual in the download zip and none that I can see at tappad.com.

OK, well thanks for the help! So can I tap a space?

Not really,
just forward, backward one space at a time and backspace to delete a character.
TapPad is the greatest. I wouldn't be without it.

OK, how about this one. It appears that even with the NR70 silk screen keyboard (the black one) up, tappad is still "engaged" making the keyboard unuseable. Is there a workaround?

AFAIK, it's a problem with the Sony API, and they cannot find a workaround. :(

Alas, I have 2.02 and it still does it. From what Galley... says, it may be a Sony problem. So is there a way to pop up the "system keyboard" that comes up in the upper screen portion?

Sorry - I thought I had read somewhere that the latest version fixed the problem. (I hadn't noticed it before, since I never use that keyboard.)

You may have already discovered this, but you can get at all (or almost all) of the special characters and accented letters by tapping the lower right corner. So unless you're actually using the keyboard to "type", you may not need it.

PS If you tap and hold in most sections of the overlay, TapPad tells you what it will do. And in the numbers, a light tap gives you the number and a tap and hold inserts a special character. You can get most of the commonly used ones that way.
PSS Slightly off topic, but I've found that using the smaller M1 overlays on my T665 gives me a better result than trimming the V size.
