Sadly not, I heard of a program that could turn itself 90 degrees, but not the whole launcher and all programs.

There are individual apps, such as some doc readers and image viewer apps that work.

Like previous answers said, no. But for ex. with picsel-viever you can viev word, excel, powerpoint, pdf and html-files in landscape-viev.

I think with an software like jot you might be able to write then anywhere on the screen in landscape-mode.
