need some help about .mqv

I need a program to encode it to a more common movie format, possible from .mqv to mov,avi, mpg
anyone know what program can do this job?

I know that QuickTime 6 Pro can.

hey leung. just change the extension .mqv to .mov and it becomes a mov file. i'm sure you'll find it pretty easy to convert to other formats from there.
