Just discover one new feature in Acrobat 6 (I use professional version, I don't know if it's also available in standard version) : It can now directly save pdf as HTML 4 or 3 compatibles.
For untagged pdfs, simply add tags in Advanced->Accessibility->Add tags to document before doing "Save As".
After converting your pdfs to htmls (+images), you can then easily convert them in iSilo format.
I know many guys here are Replico fans, I have tried it several times, but still don't like its speed for large pdfs. I am a happy user of iSilo now. :D
