Anything better than Powerrun...

Is there anything better than powerrun at running programs off of memory card and that can sync these programs (such as world mate, balancelog, or epocrates?)

Is the new Zlauncher able to do this? I currently use the badly out dated LauncherX.

The new v3.50b5 ZLauncher can sync, haven't tried those specific apps mentioned. I use World Mate via WiFi only. Download a trial copy and try it.
