CliePaint - cute, but... no full screen ?

Am I missing something ?

CliePaint, as a Sony application would be expected to take full advantage of the features of the NR70 (right ?!)

So... why no fullscreen (move the palette down to the virtual grafitti area ?)

Or ... am I missing something really obvious ?

Sony didn't make any apps on the NR take advantage of full-screen with the exception of Photostand. I'm not sure why that was. Thankfully, they came to their senser and took great advantage of full-screen on the NX, with all the PIM apps now full screen, the camera app, movie app, voice recorder, Clie Paint replacement (now called PhotoEditor), and MSGate replacement (now called ClieFiles). Really the only ones they didn't update are the remote, WAClock, and Sound Utility.

Oh well, once again the poor NRs get left out in the cold with no software updates from Sony.
Got kinda used to being a Palm (hardware) customer with patches available for anything that got updated really quickly, and kinda expect a software vendor level of committment to their software... for instance, Iambic (who I have 4 apps from) seem to release patches on a monthly basis (for free)... with Sony.... we may get a fix if it starts costing them on hardware returns :-(

I sure do miss the Clie Paint program that came on the NR's My daughter loved laying in bed at night with me and draw pictures. Can anyone email me the Clie Paint prc to pcmommy@cableone.net, I would appreciate this!
