Just got the T665 and wanted to put an album or two on a memory stick. I haven't had an MP3 player before this.
Anyway, the new Santana album is 105Mb with the tracks recorded at 96k.
Any ideas so I can carry multiple albums but don't want to have to buy 1/2 dozen Memory Sticks?
I tried ripping to MP3 Pro but, of course, the Clie can't see those files.

My suggestion . . . create folders on your PC named "whatever" and put about 125Mb worth of music in each one. Create those two dozen albums in folders or as many as you want. Then with two or three 128Mb MSs you can load up two or three and format/reload every few days or whatever. Doesn't take very long at all and is much cheaper than two dozen 128M MSs! ;)

How long does it take to format a memory stick? And how long does it take to put 128 mb of mp3's on it?

A couple minutes for me to fill a 128 mb memory stick.

how did you get an album that was 105 mb when it was record at 96kb? Seems unusually large...maybe i'm just strange. I've recorded like 4 hours of music onto a 128 mb memory stick by reording mostly at 64. So 240 minutes divided by 1.5 (96 is 1.5 times more than 64), you should be able to fit about 160 minutes. A cd holds 80 minutes at most supposedly, so you should still have a lot of room...
