Has anyone else had any experiences with Handango Customer Service that are less than satisfactory? I purchased a program from them last week and after three separate e-mails in which I have provided there purchase confirmation information (cut and pasted from their e-mail) they are still trying to confirm my purchase before answering any questions. I now know why I usually only purchase from PalmGear.
