View Full Version : Changing to OS5 icons?
When I try to change a lot of the icons on m OS4.1, it says something about the icon having overlay. Is there a way to put in a different icon even with that "overlay" thingy...

I WISH!

My bad.... wasn't correctly paying attention here in regards to PALMOS Application Icons .... I was simply reading about Hires Icons ..... and wasn't thinking this was directly in reference to Application Icons....
sorry...still waking up. .... I don't have enough coffee in me as of yet .... :)

what does OS5 have to do with anything? I'm only running a NR70V. Unless it's in reguards to AppIcon seeing hires icons as OS5.
Here's an odd twist to the whole thing. I've got a checkbook app that has a decent looking icon right. Well I go into AppIcon to change it and when it shows me what the current icon is, it's this lush hires pretty looking icon, but for the life of me I can't get it to display that in the standard Palm launcher. Ideas?
