Hi there. I was wondering what apps/hacks do I need to install to use the VG skins and the status bar skins. I am using a NX70V. Unfortunately the archives have got corrupted, so I can't find any relevant previous posts. Thanks!

with nr70v there's a tool called skinmanager which helps you to exchange. but i think there are no standard apps for nx so far. just do a search on google or palmgear for skinmanager or virtual graffiti with nx. that should give you some hints

Hi! Nighthound & welcome!

If you have an NX, PhotoSkin works great for both Status & Graffiti skins.

Good luck!

Erm, actually, Photoskin doesn't support status bar changing YET for the NX. ;)

Are you sure? People here have said they had success on getting status bars working using PhotoSkin.

Um...YES, it does. As long as it's an NX status bar. There's a black one in the skin files that works perfectly. It does NOT, however, convert NR status bars.

Photoskin isn't free, but I think the demo doesn't expire. Not sure, but you could at least try the demo out for free.

Yea the demo doesn't expire but it does print the word unregistered in yellow letters near the bottom of the grafitti area.

Photoskin is more convenient, but you can also change them manually. You can only have one set in memory at a time. Just load them and do a soft reset.

Removing it requires doing a warm reset (doesn't destroy data). There's been several threads on the board recently that describe how to do it.

coolness, how big are the letters though, do they take up half the screen? and will it show it if i hide it? cause i rarely use grafiti but if it shows it when i'm watching movies then its not for me
