Does anybody know the difference between a Clie NX70V and a clie NX70V/u

I may be wrong, but I believe NX70V is the silver color, and the NX70V/u is the gunmetal color.

Yes, the U is the gunmetal one!

The /U indicates the region it was produced for. The 'U' is for United States. There is also a /J for Japan, a /E for Eupore and a couple more. I believe the Gunmetal was /UH.

when I bought my NX70V, they said they didn't have any Gun Metal editions.:(

Right, the H was the designator for the gunmetal.

I am using a NX70V/G which I bought in Singapore; the G is the area i.e. Asia in this case

wait.... mine is NX70V /H (gunmetal edition) & was purchased in Japan myself, so where is the J coming from?
I'm looking at my NX box right now..... humm... wierd.

Probably the /H is the Japanese Gunmetal, while the /J is the silver Japanese NX. In the United States it /UH and /U receptively.

The sony store. I asked a few times, they said it is probably an US model.
