clie dead?

after a reset my clie stats up bu is gets stck every time what can i do?

Make sure the hold button is off, if that doesn't help, a soft reset(hold the up button when resetting) and then hard reset is the next step, if that doesn't help, a full battery discharge is in order.  Either keep puting in the MS card (if it's being read) till the battery dies or open up the back panel and unplug the battery from the board for a few seconds.

PS  Did you check the Hold Button???
