Some advice from someone who owns both these cases: Get the Bellagio! It is simply the nicest, best designed case of them both.

I just got mine last week and I simply cannot see how I could have done without it. Well worth the price, especially for me since I live in Europe and get an additional 17% off because of the weak dollar :D

I sell pda cases and I have to say that the Bellagio cases are the best engineered and designed that we carry. The people there also have an extreme committment to customer service. They rock!

Heck yeah! Their customer service is outstanding. If you have any questions about anything just give them a call. They wont lie to sell their product either, they will only tell you the truth. So a good place to start is by calling them. And if i do say so, it's the highest quality product you will get for that price... It is one of the thicker ones though, but for good reason. I'm completely happy w/ mine and would reccommend it like most of the other Bellagio case owners would do as well.

I have had the Bellagio case for about a year and it still looks like new and works great.. I can't think of anything that would work better.. I have some pics of it somewhere online here..

I ordered mine last week and still waiting - hopefully it will live up to all the rave reviews given here

I would agree that customer service is quite nice. Fedex lost my shippment and they mailed me new one in two days. The moral here, do not ship Fedex ground.

Do you guys have it with the clip or without? I'm wondering if the clip will make it too bulky.

The clip can easily be removed from the case and reattached if necessary.

Love my NX70 case! The first one had the headphone jack hole a little "off." I didn't realize it for a few weeks (just never tried it). Yet, when I emailed about it they were very helpful and replaced it immediately. I'm a very happy customer!

I just ordered mine as well. Got the slipper version with clip. I don't really plan to store it on my belt as much as my wallet but I got the clip just in case. I hope I like this case.

They did replace mine due to different problem, but headphone jack is still partially closed by the case.

I was really looking forward to a Bellagio NX80V case after reading about their great customer service and case design, but had a horrible experience with them... Ordered a color case at the beginning of October. Two weeks to get the materials in; fine. In two weeks, sent an e-mail and was told that they would inform me when they shipped it out in a few weeks; that was fine, too. Also asked about embossing around the turn of the month while I was waiting, though I decided I didn't need it. By last week, however, I had been waiting for over a month and sent an e-mail inquiry that was never returned; this week I sent an e-mail telling them I would cancel my order and spread the word about their poor communication and customer service. To be fair, I did recieve an apologetic e-mail that promised to ship it overnight and that Bellagio accepted full responsibility. The very next day, however, I recieved an e-mail blaming customs, my inquiry about embossing, and stated that they would send it by 2 day air. I really wanted this case, but am fed up with the odious cusomter service, and plan to cancel my order and send it back. The wait and bad treatment just aren't worth the case and price I'm paying for it. =( I know this sounds severe, but I will post the e-mails to back it up if anyone's curious...

I guess there are some people that just don't give you a break. No need for hostility and spamming posts. This gentleman has been less than understanding.

Lot's of orders (fortunately) and, yes, one or 2 may go awry. But we do have thousands of very satisfied customers and do our best to correct mistakes (which happen in any company).
We try to be 100% ....and will continue to be the best we can be. Our customer service is second to none.
Thanks to our loyal supporters.
By the way, new NX80 designs are in and selling very well.
