How to connect to internet?

Anyone can teach me how to connect to Internet through mobile phone with bluetooth? I'm using clie NX70V + bluetooth MS (PEGA-MSB1) + Sony Ericsson T68i. I've successfully connected my clie and mobile phone (pairing device), but can't not connect to internet. I've heard there are 2 ways to get connected through mobile phone - dial up and GPRS. Which way is better? Does anyone have the detail setup information? I live in Asia, don't know if that would affect the setting. Please kindly give me some advice. Thanks!
