DVDx v2.2

Does anyone have any tips as to specific settings for DVDx version 2.2?

I'm trying to convert some Simpsons videos for viewing on my NX70v and the *.mqv file skips and some of the sound and video are not syncronized.

I have searched the forums and have not had much luck.
