How to load a clip into Handstory?

I have the program, I right-cliked on the icon and chose manage clips. I chose a clip and nothing happens when I hotsync. thanks

To add a clip:
* Manage clips
* Add Custom
* Add details (title, URL, etc.)
* Click OK

To retrieve/update a clip
* Right click on tray icon and select Update Clips
* Select Update All/Auto/Manual or select the specific clip you want to update
* A window should pop up showing you the progress
* HotSync

thanks for your quick response. The only choice I get is add new - everything thing else is grayed out. Any idea? And I guess is it worth it.

Do you have any clips in it yet, to update? If not, it would only allow you to "Add New" so that you could then update that clip.
