Circuit City xchange policy

I bought an nx70 a month ago w/Circuit City's protection plan. Now that the 80 is out in Japan, am wondering about upgrading when it arrives in the US. Anyone have any experience "upgrading" w/Circuit City's plan?

The NX80 won't be out in Japan until June 28th. Who knows when and if it will hit the USA.
