Trouble with USB Sync cable

Bought one of those USB sync cables on ebay. Can't seem to get it to sync with a computer. Everytime I try it says that "new hardware has been detected" but can't find the drivers so it will not install. I've installed the necessary apps (at least I think I did) but still a no go. Any ideas?

Well the latest Desktop makes a directory ...

c:\program files\palm\USB_Driver

When you are asked for the driver point it to that folder and all should be well!
