sync problems

If anyone could help that would be great. My wife has the N760c
I moved the software to her desktop. But now I cant get it to hot sync. It wont do anything, there is nothing in the hot sync log with errors or anything. Any help would be much appreciated.

Have U installed the software on her machine or just moved it?

Tell exactly what you have done and what you try to do in detail.
