Is there some kind of program out there that can track your expenses, for free?

I really miss the expense program that I had on my Visor, and I can't beam it to my NR70 'cuz the Expense program is locked.

You can use Filez to 'unlock' the program so that you can beam it into your CLIE, it's worth a try though.

Try HandyShopper. There is an expense database in the Files section of the Yahoo group.

Try searching for MyCheckbook and MaTirelire, both are free. Sorry, I don't have time to find the links for them.

there are some old threads about using the prior expense app in the newer sonys (excluding os5). you also need to download the older palm desktop for the conduit. i used it on my nr70, so it does work.

I've used Handyshopper religously for a long time: for shopping (duh?), packing for trips, house cleaning and chores, but I never thought to use it as an expense tracker.

I was in Las Vegas two weeks ago, and wanted to keep track of what I was spending. I used "List" to log everything, but then I had to add up the expenses manually (btw, List is a great freeware SIMPLE database creator, but it doesn't play well with NX70V).

When I got home, I realized that I should have used Handyshopper. It works great for expenses, even adds them up!

I've been using Accounts Manager for simple expense tracking for some time now, I'm very impressed, nice little program without overbloated features that I don't use anyway, just everyday money management. Give it a try, well worth it!
