Perhaps others have this same problem I am having and have figured out a way to solve it.... so, without further introduction let me dive right into my delima:

When I mark a memo as (private) of course to access it I need to type in my password. Precisely what I want it to do and I'm very plesed with this option.

Problem: The name (first line) of the memo is blanked out so that you don't even know what the file is that is there. Once I get 4-5 private files in my memo pad (Medical Information, Stocks/Bonds, Social Security Numbers, etc) my memo pad starts filling up with dark lines of anonymous files and I can't tell one from the other.

Is there some way I can give a title to each of the memo pad entries that are private without loosing all idea or being able to distinguish between the different private entries in the memo pad?

Thanks!

Check your "Security" settings. In your Current Privacy select "Show Records". This should keep it from masking the titles.

Pman,

Setting it to "Show Records" makes the memo not protected by the password at all. It shows the record name and tapping on it shows the contents, there are no prompts to enter the password. I'm on an SJ30. Did I miss anything ?

Thanks,

Faisal

Sorry about that, my bad!

I guess the only alternative is to use a different app for keeping private information. I use SplashID to keep information like you are doing in memo pad.
