I've heard all this great stuff about this program, but I have a few questions.

One: Is it a service on the PC that assists in web browsing?

if not, Two: Does it only support OS 5

if no, Three: Where can I get it?

NetFront comes with NX series. You cannot purchase alone.
Palm WebBrowser 2.0 is also a version of NetFront, as Palm acquires it a while ago.

It only support OS5.

It is a web browser for Palm instead on the PC.
