wifi card fits while charging in cradle

never really noticed or tired before, but found that i can charge the nz in the cradle with the wifi card in. just barely fits. wonder if this is by design or coincidence.


by the way, i can wifi hotsync, but noticed that while i am also connected to my (laptop) vpn, then i cannot wifi hotsync at the same time I assume because the lan network in use. any way to work around this?

It is by design, I remember reading in the manual somewhere that it was made so you don't have to remove it. That would be quite an error if they overlooked it.

Too bad I JUST REALLY #(*%#@^ hate this new dock and trying to get it on the connector w/o the blanking door coming back down. But.. such is life.

I don't really get the cradle's design... It's really flimsy. Why couldn't they have made a sturdier one and made a portable cradle an option? I know it's got the AV out, but I think we're agreed (aren't we?) that it's pretty bloody useless.

Without the "blanking" door (mine died), it's significantly easier to place on the cradle...
