Long time, no see, 1SRC. :)

I recently bought a used LifeDrive from a fellow Palm owner, and after only a week the Microdrive suddenly gave up the ghost on me for no obvious reasons (except perhaps age). Being the fool that I am, I did not image the Microdrive while it was working despite my fears that this might happen. Now it's impossible; attempting to read it with a CompactFlash reader results in it clicking fruitlessly. :(

I have been looking around for methods to create a new image for the eventual CF replacement, but unfortunately, none of the methods I can find (such as this one (http://www.1src.com/forums/showpost.php?p=958146&postcount=1)) are possible for me to do, because some of the needed tools can no longer be found.

Is there anyone out there who is still able and willing to make an image of their LD's disk?

Did you get an image already? I still have mine, compressed to about 30MB. Will fit most file sharing sites I guess.

In case you have not heard Aceeca put out a windows 64bit driver and quite a few people can now hotsync with a usb cable on windows XP/Vista/7 64bit operating systems. http://www.aceeca.com/products/pub/english/AceecaUSBDx64.zip
