Bejewled-like game.

I've seen a lot of bejewled-like games lately. I like bejewled a lot, but it drains the battery very quickly, so I'm wondering if anyone here has downloaded a bejewled clone that looks pretty similar but takes less battery.

Try www.bapsoft.com (http://www.bapsoft.com) - they have tonnes of them - well at least a few ;).

I still stick to Bejeweled, however.

I find the ones from bapsoft.com too saccharin-sweet - sort of like listening to Bee Gees' songs... now there's an analogy... :)

I tried some of the games at Bapsoft, I still like a lot more the original bejewled, but it just eats a lot of battery, that's the only thing I don't like. If you go out for a holiday say for 15 days and you don't take your charger with you you'll be in trouble as soon as you get adicted to bejewled.

By the way, Ringz game at bapsoft is fun.

I suggest that you buy a plug pack with a USB interface to the CLIE as a portable charger and sync cable.

One such example is http://www.doml.com.sg/product.asp?id=742 There are bound to be other shops and places that sell something like this.

Alternately, find a 9V battery to CLIE charger. They work too! :)

That's nice Yorrick, Maybe I'll b uy one of the chargers after all, the usb one looks good, specially because it doubles as a sync cable as well, and the price, is just a very good deal.

Is there anyway to remove the bejeweled from the ROM. The current version is very slow and I am thinking of installing the older version which is relatively faster.
