Warranty issues...

Bought a 760 and registered online which entitled me (I guess) to a 1 year warranty.
Does anyone know how I can get into contact with Sony for service?
It has a bunch of problems, ir bad, trim fell off, not holding a charge etc.

What can I expect from sony?

Give them a call to double check on whether you qualify for the warranty (since your unit hasn't been readily available for quite a while). 877-760-7669.

There support isn't bad but it certainly isn't the greatest. If it's covered they will have you ship your unit back to them and it could be with them for up to 2 weeks. I've also seen them get it back to people in 72 hours but mileage certainly varies.
