Change categories for apps on SD, MD or CF?

Is there any way to set categories for apps on an SD card or on the internal Microdrive or Compact Flash?

It's a bit of a nuisance that the Category menu only shows apps in RAM, which of course on the LD really ain't RAM.

a Launcher is generally needed for this. zlauncher works best

I can't recall which launcher I used for my LifeFlash (if at all), but this one served me well with the T3:
