Alright let’s see where I start...I bought a Sony Digital camera yesterday, to be exact model (DSC-P72) and took about 50 pictures on a 128 MB memory stick. Is there a program for a T-615 that will let me view the images on my Clie? Is there any thing else I should get for my Clie to help out with taking pictures, such as programs etc.?

Acid Image from www.red-mercury.com.
But it will be slow, slow, slow on a T series. Especially loading 3.2MP images.

It might be slow, but it should be one of the faster methods as the T and NX/NZ series Clies contain a native JPEG decompression library to speed things up.
Wanna have slow? Try viewing JPGs from my SJ30. :(

As far as I know my wife's T615 does not have built in JPG decompression. It takes 15 seconds to display a JPG on hers and only 1 second on my NR70.
I find it hard to believe that's the 66mhz vs 33mhz.

The NR70 and T665 have a built-in jpg decompression chip. Also 66mhz reads from memory stick faster than 33.
I've never been able to load a 3-megapixel picture from a p-71, no matter how much free space (i've tried freeing up to 10 mb). I can display it at about half sized in a bit more than a minute. Also, in preferences, unselect load jpegs full-size for more speed at the expense of size.

Then I must have been mistaken on the JPEG library on the t615.
However, does the SJ33 contain this JPEG library? Technically speaking, it is a t665....

Jorge, how do you like the P72? I'm thinking of getting one myself; I originally thought I wanted the P8 because of the smaller size but the P72 feels better in my hand. . . . And I like having the AA battery option.
And what about converting the little mpg movies to view on the Clie? Have you played with that? Is there any way to "resize" them right in the camera to view on the Clie?
I tried loading an original jpg from my current camera - only 590K -- and even then Acid Image said not enough memory to open it full size. But it will open it at the reduced size (to fit screen width or height).
